Mentoring Program.
Referral procedure
To refer clients to the Mentoring Program:
- Check that your client meets the intake
criteria.
- Check the available mentor list to
confirm that a suitable mentor is available.
- If a suitable mentor is available, complete the referral
form.
- The application form will automatically be sent to your client.
Please ensure that your client completes and submits the application form.
Matching process
The Mentoring Coordinator will review the application to ensure availability
of a suitable match and will inform you and your client.
Your client will be required to complete the online orientation &
training workshop before being introduced to his / her mentor electronically.
The Mentoring Coordinator will monitor the match, and will inform you when
the mentoring relationship ends.
